Curriculum & Learning Environment

Our curriculum focuses on children’s individual and cultural interests to form a theme-based emerging curriculum in the classroom. Our teachers are facilitators, educators and also learners in order to help and provide resources to our children. Teachers also establish classroom rules for their classrooms to create and ensure a physically safe environment for the children. LACC staff works in collaboration with families to provide basics and best care for children. Parents and teachers work in a partnership and meet at least twice a year for parent-teacher conferences and to discuss their child’s developmental progress.
